The Watertown, SD Post Office building now known as Old Post Office Square, is home to KXLG Radio breathing new life into an old space. The USPS building is located in the heart of the community on the corner of Broadway and First Ave. South; the construction of a new post office in Watertown began in 1908. This photo shows the ongoing construction of the building May of 1909, shows a stone slab for the roof cornice on a horse-drawn wagon.
