Bob Faehn, the station's manager, is a 20 veteran of the radio business. He previously owned and operated KSDR & KS93 Radio Stations in Watertown, selling them in 2000.
Bob's long list of community involvement includes stints at Past President of the SD Broadcasters Assn. and the SD Broadcaster of the Year in 1994 Past President of the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Watertown Area United Way, board member of the Watertown Community Foundation, and Prairie Lakes Hospital. Currently, Bob is serving on the state advisory committee of the American Cancer Society, and is also a member of the SD State House of Representatives, being first elected in 2005, where he currently is the House Majority Leader. Bob is a native of the Florence / Wallace, SD area, and has been married for 30 years to his wife Susie, who is the accounting manager for the Watertown School District. The couple has two children, Brent, and his wife Samantha of Aberdeen, SD and Lynne of Houston, TX. |

KXLG News Director David J.Law is a life-long South Dakota resident who is a 1971
graduate of South Dakota State University in speech and journalism. He's a 38 year radio
veteran who is a past recipient of the Tim Brokaw Award presented by the USD & University of South Dakota
Broadcasters Association for excellence in news journalism. Dave was also honored as the South Dakota Broadcaster
of the Year in 2004. He has served on the Board of Directors for the South Dakota Broadcasters Association and the
South Dakota Educational Telecommunications Commission. Dave is married with three children and six grandchildren. Dave and his wife Sandy are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary this year. |

Carol Zillgitt is a veteran in the advertising and marketing industry with nearly 25 years of print, television and radio experience. Carol has been active in her community as a current board member of the CVB, and Vintiques Car Club and is very active in the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Throughout the years, Carol has served on many committees and boards and participated in many organizations such as Junior Achievement, United Way, Chamber of Commerce Marketing Committee & State Committee Woman for the Republican Party of Codington County. | ||

Jim Aesoph is Watertown's most well-known "Morning Man" after spending 30 years on morning radio in Watertown. Jim has become well-known for some of his on-air creations like "The Dakota Call", which earned him the prestigious A.H. Pankow Award from the SD Department of Tourism. Jim was also named South Dakota's Broadcaster of the Year in 1992.
Jim and his wife Brenda have four children, and recently became first-time grandparents. |

Hi! My name is Melissa Herrboldt. Graduate of Webster High School and Lake Area Technical Institute with a degree in marketing/management/sales. I currently live in Watertown and have for the past 9 years. My husband Jeremy and I just became first time parents in November 2010 to a beautiful little girl Ava. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as decorating and going to concerts.
My current position at KXLG is promotions director and front office but I also help out the sales team when they are in need of an extra hand. |

Hi! My name is Jan Robson. I grew up on a dairy farm near Revillo and Gary, SD. I graduated from Grant-Deuel high school in Revillo. After graduation I attended Brown Institute in Minneapolis and obtained a degree in Broadcasting. Since then I have worked in the broadcast industry for over 25 years, both on air and behind the scenes.
I am married to Don Robson and we have two children. Jon is 22 and attending Minnesota State Community and Technical college in Moorhead, MN and is pursuing a degree in graphic design and business. Katie is 20 and recently transferred from the University of Sioux Falls to the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE. She is in her third year of college and is pursuing a degree in hospitality and theatre. |

Don Egert was born and raised in Watertown, graduating from Watertown High School and the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. He was commissioned as a 2nd. Lt. in the Signal Corp and following his service in the military, along with his partners, was a builder and co-owner of an Am and FM station in Ortonville Minnesota. Don and his wife Sally, a registered nurse, have two grown sons, Steven and James, along with two grandsons, Mitchell and Jack. His first radio job was in Watertown with subsequent positions at KSOO in Sioux Falls, KUSD in Vermillion, KYNT in Yankton and KDIO in Ortonville . For over 25 years he has done voice-over work for Pioneer Public Television in Appleton Minnesota. He returned to Watertown and for three and a half years at KWAT, prior to his association with the New KXLG-FM. | ||

Cheryl Hohn is the newest addition to the KXLG team. Cheryl is a graduate of Stickney High School and Dakota State College, and moved to Watertown 16 years ago. She comes to us with 25 years of experience in the business world. Cheryl has been married for 30 years to Rick, who is the Business Manager of the Watertown School District. They have two daughters, Chantel of Stillwater, MN who works for an investment company, and Shuree who is in her 3rd year at USD pursing degrees in Advertising, Public Relations and Electronic Media. Cheryl enjoys golf, riding her Harley, and going pheasant hunting with their chocolate lab, Rylee. | ||
